Little Frog
I saw this little guy stuck to my wall as I got home and immediately ran to grab my camera and flash. It moved down the ground in that time, so I improvised this shot (sprawled on the ground, holding the flash almost directly above the frog while framing the shot in the other hand). Not much context in the shot, but I like the washed out background. For reference, it was about an inch and a half long.

What a cute little frog. I love amphibians, here in the UK they are quite under threat from the draining of ponds and such like. It would be a sad world without them. Paul
ReplyDeleteThanks Paul. Definitely a sad world without frogs. Although the coqui frog (which I think it was I got a picture of - http://www.topuertorico.org/coqui.shtml) are unbelievable loud for their small size. There's one that likes to set up shop outside of my bedroom window and chirp until about 2 in the morning.
